Responsibilities

**Sales and Business Development**:Identify and target potential customers, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Create and implement sales strategies to increase the diagnostic center's customer base and revenue.
Promote and educate customers about the diagnostic services, tests, and packages offered by the center.
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and generate leads.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist with test scheduling and result reporting.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about the latest advancements in medical diagnostics, tests, and technologies.
Be well-versed in the diagnostic center's services, pricing, and test accuracy.
Effectively communicate the benefits of the diagnostic tests to potential customers.

**Sales Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

**Compliance and Ethic**s:Adhere to all relevant regulations and ethical standards related to medical diagnostics and healthcare sales.

**Salary**: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
