**Position: Inside Sales Executive**

**Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai**

To fortify our team, we are in search of a seasoned Inside Sales Executive who holds a robust track record in converting Cold call into Client. Proven experience in cold calling for the US and UK markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to UK-based prospects to introduce and educate them about our recruitment services.
- Maintain and organize a large database of leads and track accurate records of interactions and outcomes
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing client through exceptional after-sales service.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new clients.
- Advising Organization based on their needs and specifications.
- Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and the Director.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide accurate information to prospects and effectively handle common objections.
- Achieve daily and weekly call volume targets and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a UK accent
- Proven Inside sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
