**Key Responsibilities**:
**Admissions Support**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and applicants to ensure timely enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission progress.

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- Provide information about university programs during education fairs, webinars, and other marketing events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve outreach strategies.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Address student queries professionally and provide guidance on career opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and engaging interaction with students and parents.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship-building.

**Key Requirements**:
Strong communication skills in **English & Kannada** (other languages are a plus).
Prior experience in **telecalling, admissions, or customer service** is preferred.
Basic knowledge of **MS Office and CRM tools** is an advantage.
Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
Passion for education and student success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
