About the Role

As a Software Developer, you will be part of the Sales & Boarding team, supporting the sales and boarding systems for our Merchant Solutions business. We are continuously working on improving revenue, efficiency, and customer experience. Our focus is on enhancing the boarding workflow efficiency, aiming for a seamless onboarding process. Join us as we develop new boarding workflows, such as the "Boarding Gateway" and "Boarding Choreography Service (BCS)", designed to streamline the onboarding of merchants with advanced notification and error tolerance mechanisms.

What Will You Do
- Analyze, design, and modify software enhancements and products
- Participate in software design meetings and understand user needs
- Create and maintain documentation and procedures
- Conduct presentations to technical and business groups

What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Java, JSP, Tomcat, VXML, JavaScript
- Good knowledge of Spring Boot, Microservices, IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
- Strong background with NICE CXone implementations and CRM integrations
- Proficiency in web technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, HTML, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with IVR systems
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to support the integration of CXone technology
