**Profile introduction**:
Join our esteemed team at as a Reservation Guest Service Agent (GSA), where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact. As a key member of our reservations team, you'll interact with guests, manage bookings, and uphold our commitment to unparalleled service standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests with booking accommodations, providing accurate information on room availability, rates, and amenities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, packages, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to guests.
- Process reservations accurately in the hotel's reservation system, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining reservation records and reports for analysis and future reference.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies aimed at maximizing room occupancy and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements to reservation procedures and services.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
