Profile introduction:

- As a Front Office Guest Service Agent (GSA), you'll be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service to our guests from the moment they arrive. Your warm demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail will create a welcoming atmosphere and leave a lasting positive impression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage payments, cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
- Address guest concerns or issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
