Join our dynamic team at, a leading hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Service Agent in the Reservations department, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service from the moment they plan their stay with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests in selecting the best accommodation options based on their preferences and needs.
- Manage and update reservation databases with accurate and current information.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
