**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 4 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in hotel reservations.
- Minimum experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in a reservation or front office role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with reservation software and systems.

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Reservation Management**: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the reservation process, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the reservation process.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate the reservation team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor room availability, rates, and promotions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as front office and sales, to optimize room allocation and enhance overall guest experience.
- **Reports and Analysis**: Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold service standards and guest expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in reservation management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with reservation software and systems.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
