**Role Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **HR Policy Development and Implementation**:Assist in developing and executing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations and employment laws. Provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- **HRIS Management(Preferable Fusion)**:Handle administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle, including onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exits. Accurately enter data into HRIS systems and conduct regular audits for compliance.
- **Employee Standards and Procedures**:Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, leveraging existing HR systems and recommending process improvements
- **Stakeholder Relations**:Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a positive HR environment.
- **Confidentiality**:Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Develop career development plans for direct reports and address team issues effectively.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary HR tools and systems.
- **HR Technology**:Participate in HR technology groups and forums, attending vendor webinars to stay updated on current software capabilities and functionalities.
- **Onboarding**:
- Creating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate new employee integration.
- Managing paperwork and documentation
- Conducting orientation and training programs
- **Employee Lifecycle Management**:
- Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle management, from hiring to retirement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
- **Exit Management**:
- Oversee end-to-end exit activities, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Manage manual exit processes and trigger actions for different stakeholders.
- Follow up on exit documentation for both India and onsite locations.
- Ensure compliance with Background Verification (BGV) processes.
- **HR Technology and Projects**:
- Assist with tasks related to HR technology projects and initiatives.
- Identify and analyze HR processes for improvement opportunities.
- Help design and develop new HR systems and processes using a design thinking framework.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HR operations in project tasks such as documentation, communication, and tracking.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication.
- **Administrative Activities**:
- Oversee TAZ and onboarding administrative activities in the absence of the Point of Contact (POC).
- Manage documentation from an audit standpoint.
- Handle all transactional and testing activities in the Fusion system.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with HR technology and systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist functions
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
