We need thoughtful, talented, driven and multi-faceted people who love the challenge of owning the outcomes in their role. **Title: - **Event Engagement Associate **Location: - **Bangalore (Onsite) **Experience**: - 1-3 years **Job Summary: - ** **The kind of person we are looking for: - ** - You get stuff done whatever it takes and drive other’s to completion - You don’t already know everything but you love to learn. - You are not here for a job but for a career. **What will you be doing?** **1. Event Coordination**: - Collaborate with event organizers to understand requirements and objectives. - Develop detailed call scripts and event agendas. **2. Outreach and Communication**: - Provide information about the event, address inquiries, and manage RSVPs. **3. Follow-up and Confirmation**: - Confirm attendance and participation details with contacts. - Send reminders and updates leading up to the event. **4. Reporting and Documentation**: - Maintain accurate records of all communications and responses. - Report on call outcomes, attendance confirmations, and any issues encountered. **5. Customer Service**: - Offer exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for all contacts. - Handle any issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency. **6.
