**Position Title**: Customer Support and Sales Coordinator (Real Estate)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Remote

**Work Hours**: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Time Zone to be specified)

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with performance-based incentives

**Language Requirement**: Excellent command of English (verbal and written)

**Preferred Gender: Female**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients regarding our real estate listings and services from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- **CRM Management**: Efficiently manage and update customer interactions and data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Lead Follow-up**: Actively follow up on leads generated from Google Ad campaigns and other sources to convert into potential sales.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep up-to-date records of real estate listings, including properties on Magic Bricks and other listing platforms.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule meetings or property viewings between potential clients and our sales team.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our real estate portfolio, especially industrial properties, to effectively communicate and provide information to clients.
- **Miscellaneous Support**: Perform additional tasks related to real estate sales and client support as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
