At **ONE Simulation**, we specialize in creating advanced, realistic medical simulators used for healthcare education and professional training. Our team blends science, technology, and artistry to replicate human anatomy and tactile realism using biomaterials. We are looking for talented **Sculptors and Painters** who can transform concepts into lifelike medical models.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented individuals skilled in **sculpting and painting** to help design, prototype, and finish anatomical models and simulation parts. This role combines artistic craftsmanship with medical realism, supporting simulation-based learning for healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sculpt detailed anatomical parts using clay, silicone, resin, or digital modeling tools.
- Hand-paint surfaces and textures to achieve realistic skin tones, tissue appearances, and medical features.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to understand medical specifications and convert them into physical models.
- Assist in mold-making, casting, and finishing processes for simulation products.
- Maintain high-quality standards for textures, colors, and surface finishes in line with clinical accuracy.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve product design, user experience, and realism.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Sculpture, Product Design, or related creative fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing sculpture work, human/organic forms, and painting.
- Knowledge of materials like clay, resin, silicone, plaster, and acrylics.
- Keen eye for detail, proportions, and anatomical accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and medical experts.

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with 3D modeling software (ZBrush, Blender, or similar).
- Understanding of biomaterials and mold-making techniques.
- Interest in medical or anatomical art.
