We are seeking a Travel Agent and office administrative assistant to join our team in Delhi or Gurugram. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage all travel-related activities for our high-ranking employees and the founders of our company Crypque.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and secure the best airfare rates and routes for travel to and from various locations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for our staff and founders.
- Track meeting registrations and room bookings at designated hotels, managing requests for proposals (RFPs), rooming lists, and send reminder messages during live events.
- Assist with office organization and maintenance, including filing documents, ordering office supplies, and coordinating deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks related to scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging appointments for team members.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for office staff, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, travel and tourism, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of travel booking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
