What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
- BackOffice activity to cover invoicing and billing queries- Ensure that invoicing is processed accurately and to expected timelines- Ensure that the SLA on billing query resolution is achieved and maintained- Liaise with tech support for error resolution & system improvement-
- Ensure all travel tickets are invoiced daily- Undertake manual invoicing & credit notes where required- Perform billing administration tasks where required- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing- With assistance from the setup team identify, investigate, and resolve any issues around customer parameters preventing invoicing- Decrease the turn-around-time taken to render invoices to customers through process improvements- Raise, highlight Invoicing bugs, issues with tech support for error resolution & system improvementWhat We’re Looking For:
- Graduate with 3 -5 years of experience in Invoicing.- Ability and diligence to follow processes through to conclusion- Strong time management skills- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively- Strong integrity- MS office Proficiency- Travel industry experience preferable
