Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy Development: Plan and develop innovative digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects.
- Identify target audiences and recommend campaign structures, messaging, and platforms.
- Collaboration with Agencies and Teams: Work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
- Provide insights and feedback on creative concepts, media plans, and execution strategies.
- Campaign Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
- Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and tools to maximize ROI.
- Market Research and Audience Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour and preferences in real estate.
- Use data to refine targeting strategies and improve lead-generation efforts.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (2-4 years) in creating and optimising digital marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience in planning and analysing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is essential.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
