Our Data Strategist is a smart, kind and passionate champion of consumers who shape the strategies and stories that lead to stellar work. At their core, they’re both rigorous and imaginative thinkers and doers who shape a business strategy, leverage data and form a compelling consumer insight to help direct innovative and engaging ways for the client brand to connect with the consumer as a human being. Being a data strategist at MiQ means the individual will work with businesses and Executives across markets helping them to get a grip on the impact of (big) data, analytics, machine learning & artificial intelligence. The person will also be responsible to build a functional expertise within the business and technical domain ad-tech, deep learning, digital marketing, predictive maintenance etc A breadth of skills, expertise and experience in analytics domain preferably in the ad-tech industry, someone who can diligently own and manage all aspects of an analytics projects from problem definition to insight delivery. We are looking for an individual practiced in Data & Analytics and performance marketing, but with an ambition to do it through a human insights and creativity lens versus just an “optimization” lens. The Data Strategy Analyst is an expert on OMNI and other third-party data sources and can help clients analyse their own data to draw insights and conclusions. This is not a heavy “big data” person who only works in the spreadsheets; you can turn data into actionable opportunities for strategists, creatives and clients. The person would be responsible for the delivery of MiQ’s analytical outputs for media campaigns, owning timely delivery with world class quality standards. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** - Act as expert on latest technology trends & products in the space of (big) data, analytics, ad-tech, machine learning and/or AI - Be a thought-partner for Managers and Executives by bridging market trends to their specific challenges, dynamics, limitations & ambitions - The necessity to place strategic rigour and embrace data and analytics into the core of the business, coupled with a need to reclaim the communications discipline of ‘influence’. - Guide customers from the maze of buzzwords towards a good understanding of opportunities, threats and actions plans - Host interviews, brainstorms and workshops with Business teams and Executives on data-related topics and projects - Develop strategic roadmaps, project outlines and detailed action plans - Work with external vendors and partner technologies where needed - Strong commercial awareness, identifying opportunities to grow business and taking active part in Market objectives setting and prioritization. - Embrace project & team management aimed towards getting the job done. This will include working with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts and business stakeholders - Be an on - and offline ambassador for the MiQ DnA innovation team - Interact regularly with Market leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to team’s capab
