**Job Description - Digital Marketing Strategist for a Fashion Brand**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality, engaging, and original content (images, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with our brand’s voice and values.
- **Platform Management**: Manage and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
- **Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community by actively engaging with our audience.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with other influencers, brands, and internal teams to create collaborative content and amplify our reach.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyse content performance using social media analytics tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- **Brand Representation**: Act as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting our products, services, and values in an authentic and relatable manner.
- **Content Planning**: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute social media content calendars and campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer with a strong online presence.
- Expertise in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey messages in an engaging and relatable way.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to measure performance.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and the ability to adapt to changing industry dynamics.
