- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process from start to finish.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Monitor accounts and incoming payments to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions regularly.
- Generate and issue invoices, ensuring compliance with GST regulations related to invoices and stock transfers.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Address and resolve client discrepancies and inquiries effectively.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
