**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue balances.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with clients to maintain accurate financial records.
- Generate and review aging reports to track outstanding payments and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and implement best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
