**Job Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**Work Location: Gurgaon**

**Years of Experience required: 1-2 years**

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the TA & HR team to manage various types of reports relating to MIS, hiring, offer updates
- Create Offer letters and related offer packages following the standard operating procedures
- Partner with different teams like Facilities, IT, etc for smooth onboarding process
- Organize all new hire documents. Make sure each document is completed and filed according to procedure.
- Assist in recruitment initiatives and coordinate interviews if required (need basis)
- Providing administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team and onboarding support to new hires

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience of HR / Recruitment Operations role.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources environment of IT company is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with an ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner.
