**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for various projects.
- Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium TestNG and Cucumber.
- Provide expertise in BDD and ALM to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Utilize GITHUB and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration ensuring smooth deployment pipelines.
- Implement and maintain test scripts using JavaScript and Java to enhance test coverage and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing of Cable Technologies and Cable Equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Use Jira for tracking defects and managing test cycles ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Utilize Maven for project build management ensuring consistent and reproducible builds.
- Provide detailed reports on test results highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor junior team members sharing best practices and promoting a culture of quality.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium TestNG and Cucumber.
- Have hands-on experience with GITHUB Jenkins and ALM for version control and continuous integration.
- Show expertise in JavaScript and Java for developing and maintaining test scripts.
- Be familiar with Jira for defect tracking and test management.
- Have a solid understanding of Cable Technologies and Cable Equipment.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Certifications Required**

ISTQB Certified Tester Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
