Project Associate

You are responsible for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized project manager to oversee the design and execution of creative projects from concept to completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, branding projects, and other creative endeavors.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget constraints.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory agencies, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs, outlining project objectives, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes.

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, artists, and developers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines, conducting thorough reviews and providing feedback as needed.

Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes, and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address them.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance metrics.

About you:
Desired Profile:Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, project management, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or pharmaceutical marketing are advantageous.

Proven experience managing creative projects within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and marketing best practices.

Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges and translate strategic objectives into compelling creative concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to quickly pivot and adjust priorities based on changing business needs and market conditions.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus.

Knowledge of multimedia production and design software is desirable.

A strong understanding of medical terminology and scientific concepts is beneficial.
