**_Job Description: _**Project Associate

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Project Management:

- Supporting in project administrative tasks, study document preparation, Trial document management
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective strategies for risk management.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, maintaining strong communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Clinical Research Operations:

- Project Set-up, Remote support in monitoring activities done CRA, preparation of clinical SOPs & ensuring adhering to SOPs.
- Data Analysis
- Increase overall data quality in the Research in providing accurate data in the system.
- Set-up meeting with medical connects & ensuring study progress update are completed within research solution.

**EDUCATION**: M. Pharmacy (Regulatory Affairs & Project Management)

**EXPERIENCE**:3-5 years**

**SKILLS**:TMF Management, Project Management, Clinical Research Operations, Data Analysis
