Project Associate You will be responsible for: "PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management: Supporting in project administrative tasks, study document preparation, Trial document management Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective strategies for risk management. Lead cross-functional project teams, maintaining strong communication and collaboration. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Clinical Research Operations: Project Set-up, Remote support in monitoring activities done CRA, preparation of clinical SOPs & ensuring adhering to SOPs. Data Analysis Increase overall data quality in the Research in providing accurate data in the system. Set-up meeting with medical connects & ensuring study progress update are completed within research solution. EDUCATION: M. Pharmacy (Regulatory Affairs & Project Management) EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years SKILLS: TMF Management, Project Management, Clinical Research Operations, Data Analysis " Must have : Project Management Nice to have: Digital EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
