**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of Azure AD Identity Governance solutions to ensure secure and efficient identity management.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring and managing Azure AD policies roles and permissions to enhance security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address identity management requirements and challenges.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Azure AD configurations processes and best practices to support ongoing operations and future projects.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and security metrics to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of Azure AD configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to identity management systems.
- Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on Azure AD features and functionalities to promote effective usage.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in Azure AD and identity governance to recommend and implement improvements.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and solutions to enhance identity management capabilities.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce multi-factor authentication and other security measures within Azure AD.
- Support the migration of legacy identity systems to Azure AD to ensure a seamless transition and mínimal disruption to business operations.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and managing Azure AD policies roles and permissions.
**Certifications Required**
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
