Project Associate

You will be responsible for: Responsibilities include tracking project progress, timelines, ensure proper documentation, manage communication and measure outcomes.

v Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

v Understand project scope, goals and deliverables of the project

v Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

v Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with the requirement providers

v Ensure the project is on track and delivery is on time

v Closely track and update internal or client project management system

v Develop and deliver progress reports and charts

v Ensure the project team meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both on quality and time

v Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

v User Support, Trainings, New Requirement gathering, issue resolution of a Project Management tool

Your impact:
About you: v Around 2 years of experience as a project associate

v Experienced in project and delivery management including management of scope, timelines, deliverables, quality and risks

v Should be very diligent, dynamic and should adapt to changing project needs

v Experience of working in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, Excel and Power point.

v Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential

v Strong oral and written communication skills

Must have: include tracking project progress, timelines, ensure proper documentation, manage communication and measure outcomes.
