**Key Responsibility**:

- Work on intellectual property complaints, product restrictions, product quality, brand notices, and other intellectual property issues across multiple marketplaces.
- Communicate with Brand owners and Amazon in day to day basis regarding IPs and Notices.
- IP research, manage data for all IPs and Maintain data for all the communication across all marketplaces.
- Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
- Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.  Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.

**Qualification**:

- Education: Minimum a graduate
- An energetic individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- A strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong MS office (Excel) Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
