Accounts Executive

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Taking care of Directors Accounts ( Credit card payments, memberships etc.)

2. Accounts Payable - Receiving invoices and processing the payments through an automated process using specialized software.

4. Book-keeping - Preparation and finalization of Accounts related works in dedicated book-keeping software.

5. Handle exception management in the workflow and clear the same.

6. Preparation of Monthly reports

**Requirements**:
1. Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Must have strong analytical skills, able to work with mínimal supervision, and be highly motivated.

3. Have the ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.

4. Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Tally, MIS and Word is required.

5. Prioritize attention to detail, and possess strong organization and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
