- Ensure the 99.95% uptime of the LAN.
- To Support IT services so that 100% business continuity.
- Quality & on time support to all users.
- On time L1 and L2 level support to end-users desktop PC, maintenance review also verify that systems are working properly with new OS or version upgrade to improve end user productivity.
- Timely and accurate backup ensuring 100% integrity and manager tape devices also restoration of user data from Network drives.
- 90% calls to be routed through Help Desk System and SLA as per policy.
- 100% adherence with ISO 27001 policies and procedures.
- Reading books to enhance knowledge in field of IT & networking for timely and proper support to business users.
