- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues.
- Implement and administer policies/procedures and programs.
- Plan, manage and provide continuous support in performance management and talent development.
- Work with line managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies and procedures.

**Basic Qualifications**
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in the areas of HR or employee engagement
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on approach
- Success in driving employee relations, retention, and reward programs
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Ability to identify problems and drive the same to a logical closure independently.
