**Job Description: HR Business Partner (HRBP)**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Bangalore. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive work culture, and acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Partnership**:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR support.
- Offer insights and solutions to address people-related challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Employee Engagement and Retention**:

- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular pulse checks and address employee concerns promptly.
- **Talent Management**:

- Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and collaborating with recruitment teams.
- Drive talent development programs, including performance management, career planning, and succession planning.
- **Policy Implementation and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Educate and guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- **Change Management**:

- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Act as a change agent to foster adaptability and continuous improvement within teams.
- **HR Analytics**:

- Use HR metrics and data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and provide actionable insights.
- **Conflict Resolution**:

- Address employee relations issues and mediate conflicts effectively.
- Conduct investigations and provide resolutions in alignment with organizational policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar capacity.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
