We are looking to employ Lead HRBP who will focus not only on tactical but strategic consulting on people and organization development to support business objectives.
**Job Requirement**
- Taking ownership of HR Business partnering across all functions.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all interests.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Oversee and Onboard key new employees and manage documentation.
- Drive Talent Management & Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture.
- Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
- Preferably Master’s degree in human resources with at least 5+ years of experience.
- Preferably from food/ hospitality industry.
- A strong & proven understanding of people policies, practices, programs, interventions & procedures.
- Displays strong business acumen and partnership mindset to drive employee engagement & HR advisory.
- Strong understanding of employment law & compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to set high personal goals and work independently.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to work on-site.
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
