**Customer Support and Assistance**:
Handling customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently, aiming to resolve them in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.

Offering clear and accurate information about products or services, including pricing, features, availability.

**Fee Collections**:
Tracking of student outstanding amount and getting their outstanding within the deadline.

**Order Management**:
Assisting customers with portal updating, making sure all necessary details are accurate and processed correctly.

**Feedback Collection**:
Collecting customer feedback through direct communication to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

**Database Management**:
Updating and maintaining customer contact information, order history, and service records.

**Product/Service Knowledge**:
Keeping updated on the company’s products or services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:
Compiling and submitting reports on customer satisfaction, issue trends, and support metrics to management for analysis and improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
