**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure all bar supplies and inventory are stocked and well-maintained.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Create a friendly and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Monitor and manage guest consumption and take appropriate action to ensure guest safety.
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of bar equipment and inventory management.
- Positive attitude and engaging personality.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in mixology or bartending is preferred.
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in a bar or hospitality environment.
