- ** Database/Inventory Management**: Oversee data management, including procurement, data sourcing, and maintaining data integrity through regular cleansing activities.
- ** Data Analytics & Visualization**: Utilize tools like Power BI and Excel to analyze data and present insights visually, facilitating better decision-making.
- ** Project Management**: Manage projects using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
**Must-Have Qualifications**:
- ** Data Management Expertise**: Proven experience in managing data through various stages. Proficient in handling internal scrubs and working with free and paid vendor data cycles.
- ** Campaign Management**: Strong background in campaign planning, strategy, execution, and analysis across multiple online channels.
- ** Experience**: 6 to 10 years of data and campaign management experience.
- ** US Market Focus**: At least 3 years of experience working with US clients within the last 10 years.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent communication abilities with no noticeable Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
**Good-to-Have Skills**:
- ** Industry Experience**: Experience in education, training, SaaS, or other cloud-based tools
- ** Technology Proficiency**: Knowledge of database management systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign management platforms.
