**Senior Project Coordinator**

Mission: Elevate the agency's project management capabilities by taking the lead in planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects, while mentoring and guiding junior project coordinators to deliver projects successfully.

Outcomes:
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of at least 12 complex projects annually, setting industry benchmarks or receiving recognition for project management excellence.

Mentorship & Skill Development: Mentor and guide junior project coordinators, leading to a 25% increase in their skill proficiency and efficiency within the first year.

Effective Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and clients, ensuring efficient communication and project delivery.

Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Demonstrate the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project-related issues and risks, leading to a 95% or higher success rate in project delivery.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports, ensuring a 98% or higher accuracy rate.

Continuous Learning & Trends: Stay updated with the latest project management trends and tools, and implement at least 3 innovative project management practices annually.

Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead and execute complex projects, inspiring effective teamwork and innovation.

Advanced Project Management Skills: Mastery in project planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management, with a record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and clients.

Communication: Effective at conveying project updates and information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation: Demonstrates the ability to identify and mitigate project-related issues and risks, ensuring project success.

Attention to Detail: Ensures project documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and free from errors.

Commitment to Learning: Eager to expand project management knowledge and stay updated with the latest project management trends and tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
