**Job Title**: Project Coordinator **[FEMALE ONLY]**

**Location**: Salt Lake Sector V

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Client Acquisition**:Contact potential clients using the provided leads.

Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services.
Convert leads into clients through persuasive and customer-centric approaches.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client needs and requirements.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- **Project Management**:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

Bridge the gap between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear communication of client needs and expectations.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to grow accounts.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare reports on account status.

Analyze trends and client feedback to propose improvements or new services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in client relationship management, project management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
