About the Role

HOOQX is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Coordinator to manage and oversee international projects and client communications. The ideal candidate must have more than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong ability to coordinate between teams, manage timelines, and maintain excellent client relationships. The candidate must possess fluent English communication skills and a professional approach in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project operations and communication with international clients.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for management and clients.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all client feedback is properly addressed and incorporated into ongoing projects.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Client Servicing Executive, or similar profile.
  • Proven experience in handling international clients and projects.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written) — strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills..
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Female candidates only.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

Salary

  • INR 15,000 – 30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and last drawn salary).
