**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support & Coordination**: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring software development or web development projects.
- **Scheduling & Resource Management**: Help manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
- **Client & Stakeholder Communication**: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients/stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and progress tracking for project stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks or blockers to project timelines and escalate to project managers to mitigate issues.
- **Cross-functional Team Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Status Updates**: Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance Support**: Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are thoroughly tested before launch.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the IT software development or web development industry.
- **Technical Understanding**: Knowledge of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and software development lifecycle processes.
- **Project Management Tools**: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure, balancing priorities and deadlines.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as manage multiple tasks independently.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
