Project Coordinator

Adept at managing administrative activities involving the purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, etc.
- Planning and preparing monthly finance reports required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
- Assisting the department in project management and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, buildings, etc.;
- Create a database of vendors for such procurements and as much as possible get into contracts for long-term requirements.
- Manage dispatch and inward communication, postal, courier, and maintain a register for the same.
- Processes, Documentation, Business control checks, Audits etc;
- Monitor all statutory Compliance areas.
- Event Management, organizing meetings, and conferences, making travel arrangements.
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide a harmonious work culture to the employees.
- To be on the field if required for the collection of cheques.
- Audit the demand and supply of the requisitions of all the branches.
- To make calls to the beneficiaries to track the progress of pre and post-project implementation
- Handle the minute-taking of all the meetings
- Organise venues for inhouse events and project locations
- Keep the project calendar up to date
- Administrative duties
- Maintain compliance regulations
- Break down the project into doable tasks and estimate the duration
- Assist with planning from start to finish of the project
- Prepare and distribute project materials
- Create a weekly workflow of coordinators
- Track expenses and work on budget forecast
- Monitor progress of the project
- Report on team and project performance
- Act as a point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
- Assess project risk
- Calculate project metrics, such as quality, costs of health, etc.
- Prepare a Monthly, weekly, and quarterly report of projects, & beneficiaries progress.
- Making project activity reports
- Visits to ongoing projects every month
- Conducting and making baseline surveys
- To work as per the instructions of the Senior Management as and when needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of community development principles, humanitarian standards, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in relevant local languages being advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments, often with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
