**Job Title**: Marketing & Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies for Point-of-Sale Materials to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align POSM marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Possess a deep understanding of the products/services the company offers, as well as the target market and customer behavior.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the B2B space related to POSM.
- **POSM Development**:

- Work closely with design and production teams to develop effective Point of Sale Materials tailored for B2B clients.
- **Collateral Creation**:

- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, catalogs, and other materials aimed at B2B customers.
- **Sales**:

- Own the revenue number. Attain/overachieve the assigned quota every quarter.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of POSM marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creativity and innovation in developing effective B2B marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,866.03 per month
