**Job Description**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote company products/services to potential customers through various marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities such as events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Provide feedback and insights to management to support decision-making processes.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing marketing activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in a field-based role.
- Experience of 1 Year.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting software.
- Additional language skills may be beneficial depending on the target market.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
