**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and update company websites using WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and user-friendliness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content for digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices.
- Basic understanding of WordPress website management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
