**Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to maximize ROI and achieve predefined KPIs.
- Collaborate with the content team to craft engaging, SEO-friendly, and shareable content for the company's blog, website, social media, and other digital platforms to attract and retain the target audience.
- Maintain and update the company blog with relevant and valuable content regularly, ensuring it reflects our brand's voice and values.
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement data using tools like Google Analytics, and derive insights to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and actively engage with the online community to nurture positive relationships and maintain a favorable brand image.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content accuracy, user-friendliness, and optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement innovative approaches to remain competitive in the market.

**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Demonstrable success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that achieved measurable results.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, MailChimp, etc and SEO tools like Search Console.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to optimize content and website performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and engage with the online audience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative flair with an eye for design and the ability to collaborate with the design team for visual content creation.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Pay Scale: The annual pay scale for this position is INR 1,20,000/-.
