**Job Purpose**
- Consistent growth in post-paid base with adoption of postpaid value propositions
- Implement various Customer Centricity programs to impact & influence Customer Retention & Delight
- Create value through efficacy of campaign design, business value adds (campaign RoI, lead generation, plan upgrades, Health of Base)
- BE an eye & ear to internal stakeholders - Market level information and competition benchmarking to adapt / improve performance vs competition
- Priority base Churn & Retention targets along with DCCC, OBCC, RMs'
- Healthy Engagement & Connect with Priority / HNI / VIP base along with cluster RMs

- Base Management: Overall Churn/ Net add as per cluster targets with consistent improvement
- Penetration of Postpaid Value proposition to drive experience and delight
- Process & operational Compliance
- Digital Experience:

- BE an eye & ear to Business
- Campaign wise Retentions to be delivered as per the target
- Facilitating Priority Base Differential Servicing
- VIP base Reconciliation & Experience Management
- Need to plan and execute Outreach programs & Customer Connect

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Understanding of customer life cycle, Regulatory norms & compliance
- Exposure & understanding of business IT system & provisioning platforms.
- Excellent communication & Exposure in high value customer handling
- MS office package

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

Graduate with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in service provisioning roles & agency management
