**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsibility From Raising an issue until **completion of Support Tickets**.
- **Schedule and plan daily calls **for service team to complete the tickets within TAT time.
- **Be the direct point of contact **for customers, to ensure exceptional experience and service standards
- **Manage defined processed and SLAs in our ERP**:
- Build deep knowledge of our product portfolio and **positioning to offer personalized style advice and help customers resolve the issues.**:
- **Work closely with cross functions **to resolve any problems faced by customers
- **Work with the leadership team **on initiatives to improve the customer experience and process standards
**What We are Looking For?**
Any Degree / Diploma (Technical Background will be first preference)
1. 3 - 7 year and above experience in any customer support voice process
2. Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software will be an added advantage.
3. English, Hindi and any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
4. Fast learner / Responsive / Collaborative / Team Work. Ability to multitask and thrive in an ambiguous environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
