**Job Description for Position: Finance Controller**

**We have an opening for a Finance Controller at Birla Open Minds International School, Rajound, Haryana
**Job Location : Rajound, Haryana**

**Key Responsible Area**:

- Preparation and presentation of annual financials for Birla Open Minds International School, Rajound to the top management.
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
- Ensuring timely tax compliances.
- Preparation of budgets and annual business plan and financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting Management Reporting.
- Regular review of MIS and other reports and closely monitor all KPIs related to finance and discuss with the marketing team and senior management and formulate an action plan for all necessary issues.
- Yearly Finalization of Financial Statements.
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management**.**:

- Any other task as given by the Director of the company.
- Preparation of Annual budget, and ensuring financial achievement of the same by achieving the top line and bottom-line targets.

**Competencies required for the role**:
Financial analysis, interpretation, corporate finance, cost-saving methods, balance sheet analysis, project financing, increasing and sustaining bottom line margins, exposure to legal and logistics duties Vendor finalization, negotiations, pricing, etc.

**Job Specifications**:
MBA with at least 3 years of overall work experience.

Accommodation would be provided if the person is not from Rajound.
