As we continue to expand our product portfolio and global presence, we are seeking a skilled Head of Accounts & Financer to join our team.

**Responsibility**:

- Financial Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and cash management.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing budgets for the company, monitoring and controlling expenses, and ensuring that the company stays within its financial constraints.
- Manage and provide ongoing training to accounting personnel
- Develop annual financial plans and projections for the company
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans that support the overall business objectives of the company, forecasting and analysing financial performance, and providing recommendations for improvement and comply with regulatory requirements
- Business Strategy: Participating in the development and execution of the company's overall business strategy, including identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Compliance-Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable regulations and laws, including tax laws, accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements including GST Management
- Capital Management: Managing company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to ensure that the company has sufficient funding to support its growth and investment objectives.
- Cash Management: Develop and maintain cash management policies and procedures to ensure optimal utilization of cash resources. Implement effective cash flow forecasting and monitoring to manage cash liquidity and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the company's financial obligations.
- Adaptability of changes: Adjust to change and uncertainty, able to shift gears and can act in ambiguous or uncertain situation. able to improve, multi-tasking and prioritize the work in a changing environment.
- To ensure timely finalization, consolidation and closing of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Yearly accounts as per the accounting / statutory requirements
- Manage a team of accountants under yourself. Ensure quality training for accounting personnel. To upgrade the skills of the team by providing learning opportunities.
- Take weekly and monthly review and make detailed reports to submit to a higher authority.
- Make a budget with the needs of every specific department of the company.
- Make annual finance plans and project schemes accordingly.
- Analyze financial reports and benefits on several business initiatives
- Make profit and loss statements and check their credibility.
- Ensure all financial and internal audits go as per the norms mentioned with financial regulations
- Should have excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point & Tally
- Conduct profit and cost analyses.
- To groom the team and develop successor.

**Salary**:Upto 1:15L

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹115,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
