**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the finance function including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and audit.
- Design and implement financial controls and processes suited for a fast-paced E-commerce environment.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze business performance against KPIs.
- Manage working capital, optimize cash flow, and oversee treasury operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits, filings, and statutory compliance.
- Partner with business and operational teams to provide strategic inputs for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and other statutory compliances.
- Develop and oversee financial models for pricing, promotions, and new business initiatives.
- Implement ERP/accounting software and automate key finance processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
