**Telecaller - Jewellery Store**

**Location**:Bengaluru

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery collections, offers and services.
- Identify and generate new leads by understanding customer needs and providing product recommendations.
- Schedule appointments for in-store visits, virtual consultations, or specific events like jewellery exhibitions, trunk shows and seasonal sales.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing inquiries about custom designs and handling online or in-store purchase requests.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, delivery and repairs through phone calls or follow-up messages.
- Gather and document customer feedback on jewellery collections, services and overall shopping experience to help improve store performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills as required in English, Hindi, Kannada & Telugu.
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools for managing customer data.
- Passion for jewellery and an understanding of different types of jewellery, including gemstones, gold and diamonds.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ Years of experience.
- Experience in Tele-calling, sales or customer service is preferred, especially in the retail or luxury industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
